Refund Policy

CallCore's billing model makes refunds largely unnecessary: there is no up-front fee and no seat licence. You're billed per active user-day, in arrears — so every charge is for usage that has already happened. There's no unused period left over to refund.

  • Cancel any time. There's no notice period. When you cancel, charges stop accruing — you'll receive one final invoice for any user-days already consumed.
  • Service failures. Where the service hasn't performed as agreed, any credits or refunds are handled as set out in our Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement. Terms · DPA
  • Billing errors. If we've charged you incorrectly, tell us and we'll correct it — including a refund where one is due.

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record; refunds, where due, are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Questions: [email protected]
