What’s an active call handler?
CallCore charges one user-day for each call handler on the days they’re actually active — not per seat, not per employee, not per call. £0 base, no minimums. You only ever pay for the people on the phones, on the days they’re on them.
The rule, precisely
One synced call a day and you’re active — nothing more
Counts as active
- Made an outbound call — whether it was answered or not
- Answered an inbound call
Any one of these on a given day = a single user-day for that handler. Two calls or two hundred, it’s still one.
Doesn’t count
- Unanswered inbound calls — a missed call is never chargeable
- …but it’s still synced to Salesforce, so you never lose a missed lead
A handler who only received missed calls all day costs nothing that day — and you still see every one in Salesforce.
Your control
You decide exactly who’s counted
A handler only counts — and only syncs — once you add them to the Transcribe & Sync team. Nobody is billed by default. You choose exactly who’s in, and you can change it whenever you like.
Adding history is one user-day, not hundreds
When you add a handler to the team, CallCore backfills their recent call history into Salesforce so you start with a full picture. That whole backfill counts as a single user-day — the day you switched it on — no matter how many past calls come across. If that same handler then takes a live call later that day, it’s still just the one user-day. Onboarding a team is measured in pounds, not thousands.
Fairer by design
You pay for the phones that ring — not the payroll
Shift teams, 7 days a week
Running rotas across weekends? You pay only for the handlers actually on shift and taking calls each day. Everyone off-shift is £0 — no double-paying to cover a 7-day operation.
Part-time & mixed roles
A three-day-a-week rep costs three user-days that week. Staff who only occasionally pick up the phone barely register. You’re never billed for a licence they don’t use.
Holidays & quiet spells
Every day off — annual leave, sick days, training, a quiet Friday — is automatically £0. The bill flexes down with your actual activity, no admin required.

An estimate only — you’re billed for real activity, so quiet days make the actual figure lower. Excludes VAT; your own AI (Azure OpenAI) costs are billed to you separately by Microsoft. CallCore is currently available to UK businesses.
CallCore Conduit
Build on your call data — pay for records analysed, nothing else
Conduit is the Services API. It is the supported, permission-aware, upgrade-safe way to consume your call data from your own Apex. You pay for records analysed. Idle costs nothing.. no seats, no bands, no minimum. The meter only moves when Conduit returns a record to your code.
How it is metered
- Per record analysed — you pay only for what your code consumes
- Idle costs nothing: no seats, no bands, no minimum
Same thinking as the user-day model above: you are billed for real use, not for capacity that sits idle.
Sandboxes & production
- Free to build and demo in sandboxes
- Production use requires Conduit
